CARINI INDUSTRIA was founded in 2014 on the solid experience of the Carini company, a leader in the production of gears and transmission components since 1953.

Diego Carini founds the company with his name.
Production of gears slowly overtakes the traditional mechanical processes. The gear production specializes the company in the area of precision mechanical manufacturer.

80s and 90s
The company grows in more complex markets such as the marine or military ones.
2000s
Strengthened from previous experiences, the company starts to serve even the mobile market, mainly the off-highway one. In this period the company reaches its apex employing more than 60 people.
2006
Diego Carini leaves the company governance.

2014
A new ownership takes over the company.
A businessmen’s group, referred to EFFE DUE company (located in Felino – PR), already involved in mechanical manufacturing, takes over the company and with a complete new management. fixes the goal to renew the production capabilities and relaunch company business.
Target of the group is to renew the production capabilities and relaunch the company business referring to the original company principles – innovation, research and quality – and placing its values above them.
Some former employees, linked to the previous reality they also contributed to create, decide to come back at service of the new company.
This is how CARINI INDUSTRIA s.r.l. was born, a meeting point between tradition and innovation: place of different continuity, with a glorious past but with fixed overlook to the future.
2020
Despite the terrible crisis in progress, always with particular attention for its collaborators in this difficult social period, Carini Industria follows its original plan through investments and internal training.
In this difficult year, with additional effort by the entire company team, Carini Industria has also renewed its UNI / ISO 9001 certification.
2023
The company passes under the control of the DECO GROUP of Melzo, led by the FULCINI family.
A new and ambitious industrial plan dictates a path of strong transformation, linked to important investments, for a significant increase in productivity and the preservation of the product quality that has historically always distinguished the “made in Carini” processes.
