Always hungry, in every application, we “put on table” our skills to accept every technological challenge, starting from those connected to reinterpretation of production issues that belong to us.

CARINI INDUSTRIA is daughter of its history, started in 1953, made of power transmission, both for angular gearboxes and gears.
In 2014 it became part of a Group that consists in 5 companies, that has built a familiar tradition in mechanical subcontracting in precision machinery world.
Carini Industria contributed with its power transmission know-how and production capacity, placing side by side to EFFEDUE srl and OVERTCEH srl, companies already involved into mechanical productions, by turning and milling, from little parts (even with 5-axis machines) up to bigger ones (with mast mobile machines). Side by side, but together with those skills, the mechanical know-how of AFM srl and FACMA srl, companies that take care of mechanical groups pre-assembling and assembling, and laser cutting, rather than food industry machines.
All companies are located in Emilia area, between Parma and Piacenza, which help the knowledge exchange between people and companies.
So the Group has its own global identity, while maintaining features and positive factors of each single company that is made up of. The strength of the Group is made up of know-how and processes sharing, rather than common Values and Principles, which allow to combine each company Mission and Vision, still different, in a global broader vision.
